Intelligent connector (iCon)

iCon is an integration tool built from grounds up by Coconut Space as the flagship product in its suite of ERP add-ons. Having seen the need for a scalable ERP integration tool in the market, the Coconut Space Research and Development team developed this tool with the intention of creating one product with multiple dimensions. Coconut Space proudly presents iCon for Emails, one stop integration tool which facilitates multi-dimensional integration between IFS Applications™ and most commonly used enterprise scale Email service providers.

iCon for Emails – CRM Synchronization:

As the first component of the multi-dimensional integration platform, Coconut Space RnD have developed a plugin to facilitate seamless integration between IFS Applications™ CRM solution and Microsoft Email service providers. CRM is one of the main areas in the system where users heavily rely on an integration between IFS Applications™ and the Email services. From contacts to appointments and from prospects to customers, users need to have information shared between the systems for a better leverage and efficiency.

Synchronization made easy:

From contacts to appointments and from prospects to customers, users need to have information shared between the systems for a better leverage and efficiency.


Synchronize contacts:

Any contact you create in IFS will be automatically synchronized to the MS Email service provider. The contacts will be available grouped into folders based on the origin. E.g. a customer contact will be synchronized to the folder ‘Customers’ in Outlook. All three events, NEW, MODIFY AND REMOVE will be synchronized from IFS. Any modification done to an IFS Contact in Outlook will be synchronized back to IFS which makes it a bi-directional synchronization.


Synchronize tasks:

A task you create in IFS will be automatically synchronized to the MS Email service provider. The tasks will be available grouped into folders based on the original source of creation. E.g. A task created within a business activity will be synchronized to the folder ‘Business Activity’ in Outlook. All three events, NEW, MODIFY AND REMOVE will be synchronized from IFS. 


Synchronize appointments:

An appointment you create in IFS will be automatically synchronized to the MS Email service provider. Similar to tasks, the appointments will be grouped based on the area it was created in. All three events, NEW, MODIFY AND REMOVE will be synchronized from IFS. 


On premis or Cloud hosted

iCON for Emails is compatible with both on premise and cloud hosted MS Email service providers e.g. MS Exchange Server and MS Office 365.


Developed to IFS standards

iCon for Emails is built from ground up using state of the art technologies used in enterprise level applications. Even though we have used the cutting-edge technologies, we have made sure we follow IFS standards. For e.g.  iCon for emails used its own webservice that use standard IFS .Net Service Provider assemblies to connect to an IFS environment.
